Patel since the diagnosis. Anna’s past medical history is significant for anterior MI approx. 5 years ago, stent implanted, atrial fibrillation, arthritis, IAD and pacemaker implanted, and CHF. Her surgical history includes; stent, IAD, and pacemaker implanted. She denies any allergy history. Anna stroke lives with her husband Steve Stork in a three-bedroom apartment in Newport Richey, Florida. Her both parents are deceased. Her father died at 68 due to myocardial infarction and mother died at 92 due to old age problems. She has a total of 4 siblings.
